You wait for ages…then 2 come along at once!
Throughout the Covid-19 period we have persevered with numerous grant applications and are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded two.
Funding from the Coronavirus Community Support Fund, distributed by The National Lottery Community Fund, has helped us to redesign our service as it is paying for our Director to work an extra day each week. It is also funding our mileage for the increased visits and deliveries our Support workers are making. So, thanks are in order to the Government for making this possible.
We are also very grateful to the West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner for another grant from the ‘Safer Communities Fund’, which will also go towards our Outreach work in the community, needed now more than ever.
