Hannah Lewis
DIRECTOR JUNE 2023
As well as working with women, gets to be involved with everything else at Joanna Project and represent the needs of the women at various meetings across the city. Joined Joanna Staff 2017 after volunteering. Enjoys running with South Leeds Lakers and being part of Mosaic Church (South).
Deborah Wishardt
SUPPORT & OUTREACH WORKER, EVENING OUTREACH COORDINATOR
Joined Joanna Project in 2021. Coordinates our Evening Outreach and looks after our amazing team of Evening Volunteers. Also looks after our social media communications.
Jackie Chrouch
SUPPORT & OUTREACH WORKER
Joined us in 2019 after volunteering. Also looks after our treasured Daytime Volunteers. Enjoys walks in the countryside, singing in a Gospel Choir and being part of Chapeltown Community church.
Ros Clark
SUPPORT & OUTREACH WORKER
Joined us March 2023, working part-time alongside her creative work. Coordinates Joanna House food and donated items, and writes our Secret Angel emails.

Joined staff part-time May 2024 after years of volunteering. Has an especial focus on Women primarily seen on Evening Outreach.
Caroline Walker
OFFICE MANAGER
Sorts out the finances since 2017, such as grant management, payments, accounts and undertakes the fundraiser role. Arranges for building repairs, looks after IT and phones – anything in the office! Enjoys her three children, gardening and Mosaic Church.
Angharad Turner-Fielder
CHAIR OF TRUSTEES
A breadth of experience delivering cross sector community projects with pupil referral units, probation hostels, police, family centres and schools. Specialises in domestic violence prevention. Enjoys reading, knitting, acting, walking the dog with family and Leeds Vineyard Church Community.
